37Necklaces Salami Wisco Old Fashioned

Crafted by the artisans at Underground Meats, the Wisco Old Fashioned is a dry-cured pork salami that pays homage to Wisconsin's cherished cocktail culture. This unique and flavorful salami perfectly captures the essence of the local favorite, the Brandy Old Fashioned.

Made with high-quality pork, each bite delivers a complex and balanced flavor profile. The salami is infused with house-made brandied Door County cherries, an ingredient that provides a rich, fruity sweetness. This is complemented by the bright, zesty notes of orange peel and a subtle warmth from a hint of allspice. The result is a truly distinctive charcuterie experience that will be a highlight on any board.
