37Necklaces Extract, Pure Anise - by Savory Spice

This anise extract brings a distinctive, sweet licorice character that’s bolder than star anise or fennel, with a smooth, aromatic finish. It’s essential for traditional bakes like pfeffernüsse cookies and Italian biscotti, where that classic flavor really shines. Beyond desserts, it adds depth to savory dishes such as beef or lamb stews. A splash also works beautifully in warm cocktails like hot toddies when you want something a little different.
