37Necklaces Chiles, Ghost Pepper Chile Powder (Bhut Jolokia)

          $85.95 USD
          Size

This is the real deal for serious heat seekers. Ghost pepper (bhut jolokia) powder delivers extreme intensity with a Scoville rating topping one million, yet beneath the fire there’s a subtle, fruity complexity. Use it sparingly in place of regular chile powder—just a pinch goes a very long way, as it’s up to five times hotter than habanero. Handle with care: protective gloves, good ventilation, and thorough cleanup are strongly recommended.
