37Necklaces Cheddar Wheel Five Pound

Wisconsin is the leading producer of Cheddar cheese in the United States. It is no surprise that Cheddar cheese is our most popular cheese sold. This Wisconsin-made medium Cheddar cheese has been aged 6+ months. Each cheese wheel is wrapped in a bandage and hand waxed, which helps develop a creamy taste with sweet and distinct Cheddar notes. The texture of the Cheddar cheese wheel is semi-soft and springy, and may be slightly dryer towards the outside of the cheese wheel due to the bandaged wrapping. Each cheese wheel is five pounds of Wisconsin-made medium Cheddar cheese coated in black wax. This cheese has been awarded many medals in both the US and World Cheese Championship contests. Made by one of Northeast Wisconsin's longest running cheese factories, Springside Cheese in Oconto Falls, Wisconsin.
